Terms and conditions

To avoid unnecessary delays and misunderstandings when concluding a purchase agreement, please read and accept the following main terms for purchasing goods offered by SIA "GODIGITAL", registration No. 42103103019, registered address Baltā iela 1B, Riga, LV-1055 (referred to below as Rokaspulksteni.lv).

1. As goods offered by Rokaspulksteni.lv are sold through an online offer, placing an order creates a distance contract between the buyer and seller in accordance with Section 10 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia.
2. All product prices at Rokaspulksteni.lv include 21% value added tax. Delivery charges are not included in the displayed product price.
3. You can pay for the ordered goods and your chosen delivery service by payment card or bank transfer.
4. When placing an order, you must provide an email address so that instructions, an invoice/delivery note and other necessary documents can be sent to you.
5. Please collect your order within seven days of receiving notification that it has arrived at your selected collection point.
6. Before using your purchase, please read the operating instructions carefully and use the product only in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, its specifications and intended purpose.
7. If you change your mind and decide to cancel your purchase, the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia and Cabinet Regulation No. 255, "Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts", provide for withdrawal from the contract within 14 calendar days and return of goods bought online to the seller. Section 12(6) of the Consumer Rights Protection Law addresses the consumer's responsibility for preserving the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period. We recommend keeping the original packaging to protect the goods from mechanical damage when returning them. Rokaspulksteni.lv reserves the right to refuse goods that are damaged or incomplete. To arrange a return, please complete the withdrawal form and contact us at info@rokaspulksteni.lv or +371 67660505, quoting your order number and date. You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 (fourteen) days after submitting or sending the withdrawal form or withdrawal notice to Rokaspulksteni.lv. Return them to the Rokaspulksteni.lv customer service office (the address is available here) or to a person authorised by Rokaspulksteni.lv to receive them. The deadline is met if you hand over or dispatch the goods before the 14-day period expires. The buyer pays the return shipping costs.
8. If technical problems arise during use, service will be provided in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia. The applicable service period is stated in the product description. An electronic delivery note containing the service information for the particular goods is issued with the purchase. It is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature. Purchase documents are valid only if they clearly and correctly state the product model, serial number and sale date. Altering, erasing or overwriting the information in these documents is prohibited and will render the service documents invalid.
9. Product-quality claims are handled in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia and the requirements of Cabinet Regulation No. 631, "Procedures for Submission and Examination of Consumer Claims Regarding Goods or Services Not Conforming to Contract Terms".
10. Please note that the provisions of the Consumer Rights Protection Law do not apply to purchases by legal entities.
11. In accordance with Latvian legislation, SIA "GODIGITAL" retains purchase agreements to the extent necessary for accounting purposes. Agreements concluded with leasing companies are retained by the relevant leasing companies.
12. Rokaspulksteni.lv reserves the right not to process an order if the shop cannot contact the customer using the telephone number or email address provided.
13. If you choose to pay by payment card, please check your bank's daily card payment limits before paying.
