Privacy policy

1. The controller responsible for processing user data and identification codes is SIA "GODIGITAL", registration No. 42103103019 (referred to below as Rokaspulksteni.lv). Rokaspulksteni.lv undertakes to use user data only for product purchases and marketing purposes.
2. All user data and identification codes submitted to Rokaspulksteni.lv are protected in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
3. The user acknowledges and agrees that Rokaspulksteni.lv collects anonymous and personal data about users and processes the relevant user's data and identification codes within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Law.
4. The user acknowledges and agrees that anonymous data do not identify the user personally. They consist of log and request files and cookies, such as the user's IP address, domain name or information about the use of Rokaspulksteni.lv. They are used only for administrative purposes, website management and analysis of website usage and trends.
5. The user acknowledges and agrees that personal data are any information identifying the user personally, such as a first name, surname, name, address, email address or telephone number.
6. Rokaspulksteni.lv processes user data confidentially and applies internal procedures and controls to prevent unauthorised use, access, disclosure, copying, alteration or damage. It also takes all reasonable measures to protect the security, integrity and privacy of user data.
7. The user undertakes to keep their personal data submitted on the Rokaspulksteni.lv website secure and not disclose them to third parties.
8. The purpose of processing user data (anonymous and personal) and identification codes is to provide information about products and users for order fulfilment and delivery, including concluding a distance contract with the user or an agreement with a Rokaspulksteni.lv partner, or performing an agreement in the user's interests. Other purposes include communication with the user, providing information online, user support, payment processing and service provision, and other purposes permitted by applicable law.
9. Rokaspulksteni.lv collects the data described in paragraphs 4 and 5 about website users, including through cookies and the user's browser (including the IP address), and information about mobile devices, such as device model, operating system, specifications and network operator.
10. Cookies are small files that Rokaspulksteni.lv places on the user's computer or mobile device to recognise the user and make the website easier to use. Cookies may simplify and speed up access to website features, such as signing in and returning visits.
11. The user can configure their browser to warn them about cookies and allow them to choose whether to accept them. Refusing cookies does not prevent use of the website but may restrict some website features.
12. Rokaspulksteni.lv may compile and publish information about users collectively without identifying individual users or disclosing their personal data, for example in research, data analysis or advertising-performance information.
13. Rokaspulksteni.lv does not disclose user data to third parties except where reasonably necessary for business operations, while ensuring that those third parties keep personal data confidential and provide appropriate protection.
14. By registering on Rokaspulksteni.lv, the user confirms that they are informed of and agree to the disclosure of their data to Rokaspulksteni.lv suppliers, subcontractors, strategic partners and others assisting Rokaspulksteni.lv and its partners in their business activities where needed for that cooperation. In such cases, Rokaspulksteni.lv requires recipients to undertake to use the information only for the purposes for which it was disclosed and in accordance with applicable law.
15. In addition to the situations referred to in paragraph 14, the user agrees that Rokaspulksteni.lv may disclose their personal data in the following cases:
    • To law-enforcement authorities when Rokaspulksteni.lv receives a request made in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
    • To law-enforcement authorities if Rokaspulksteni.lv determines that the user's actions breach these terms or Latvian law and consequently affect or may affect the interests of Rokaspulksteni.lv, website users or other persons.
