Payment and delivery

Rokaspulksteni.lv makes shopping as simple and convenient as possible: place your order online or call +371 67660505, and we will deliver it within 2–5 working days if your chosen item is in stock. If an order contains more than one item, the items may be dispatched from different warehouses and delivered separately.

 

Delivery is available throughout Latvia by courier to your address or to DPD Pickup points:

• Delivery to a DPD Pickup point — convenient if you do not want to wait for a courier at a particular time. Simply choose the DPD Pickup point that suits you when ordering. When your parcel arrives, a text message will be sent to the telephone number provided with your order. Delivery costs EUR 3.90 for orders up to EUR 60. Delivery is free for orders over EUR 60.
• Courier delivery to your address — convenient if you would like to receive the goods at home. Delivery costs EUR 9.90.

 

You can pay for your order using:

• Online payment by bank card (regardless of the chosen delivery method). A payment window will open where you can enter your card number and the three-digit CVC code on the reverse of your card. Please check your bank's daily card payment limits before paying.
• Online banking (regardless of the chosen delivery method). A payment window will open where you can select your preferred bank (Luminor, Swedbank, SEB, Citadele or Revolut). A few additional confirmations are required during payment.
• Payment by bank card to the courier on delivery (if you selected courier delivery to your address).
• ESTO 3 / SLICE — add the goods to your cart and select "ESTO 3". Confirm the order with ESTO and receive your goods. Pay in three equal instalments over three months without additional charges.
• ESTO Pay Later — add the goods to your cart and select "ESTO Pay Later". Confirm your purchase in two clicks, receive your order and pay later. Pay within 30 days without interest or additional charges. This payment method is provided and managed by ESTO LV AS, registration No. 40103050993.

• ESTO instalments — do not want to pay the whole amount at once? Pay in instalments over up to 60 months.
  Use ESTO instalments to pay for goods and services. ESTO offers a convenient, fast and accessible service in Latvia.
  Add the products to your shopping cart, confirm your order, choose ESTO instalments as the payment method and sign the transaction using Smart-ID or your online bank.
  Warning: borrowing costs money. Every instalment purchase is a financial commitment. Before signing an instalment agreement, please read the service terms and conditions and consult a specialist if necessary.

  ESTO instalments are available to residents of the Republic of Latvia aged 18–70.

  Choosing this payment method is a financial decision involving risks and obligations, so consider carefully whether you need a loan product. Example: loan amount EUR 198, repayment term six months, fixed interest rate 0.00%, one-off agreement fee EUR 10.00, monthly administration fee EUR 2.30, annual percentage rate 50.44%, monthly payment EUR 35.30 and total amount payable by the consumer EUR 221.80.
